These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bdokhue platform. By registering an account or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
18+ Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use bdokhue. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts opened by minors will be permanently closed and any funds forfeited.
One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one registered account on bdokhue. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether a different name, mobile number, or device is used — are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended.
Fair Play Obligation
All users are required to engage with bdokhue in good faith. The use of software bots, automated scripts, exploits, collusion, or any other form of manipulation to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bdokhue will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
Funds Must Be Your Own
You warrant that any funds deposited into your bdokhue account are your own personal funds and are not derived from illegal activity. Use of stolen payment credentials, unauthorised cards, or fraudulent bKash / Nagad accounts is strictly prohibited.
Terms May Be Updated
bdokhue reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after such publication constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
1. Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

| "Wallet" / "Account Balance" | The real-money balance held within a User's bdokhue Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). |
| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits granted to a User's Account by bdokhue as part of a promotion, welcome offer, reload bonus, or other incentive. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money funds. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total amount a User must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. |
| "Services" | All products and features offered on bdokhue, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slot machines, fishing games, and any future product additions. |
| "Payment Method" | Any deposit or withdrawal channel accepted by bdokhue, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, as listed on the Platform's cashier page from time to time. |
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the bdokhue Platform — whether by browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform.
If you are accessing bdokhue on behalf of a third party or using payment methods belonging to another individual, you represent that you have obtained all necessary authorisations and that such third party has also agreed to these Terms & Conditions. bdokhue accepts no responsibility for disputes arising from third-party use of accounts or payment instruments.
These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and bdokhue with respect to the subject matter herein. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional materials, game-specific rules, or other communications published on the Platform, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by bdokhue.
Governing Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English. Any translation provided is for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall govern.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
To access the full range of Services offered by bdokhue, you must register a personal Account. Registration is free of charge. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method.
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
You are eligible to register and use bdokhue only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- You are at least 18 years of age. bdokhue strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend any Account where age verification is pending or has failed.
- You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment.
- You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of bdokhue or any of its affiliated entities.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from bdokhue or from any other gambling platform with which bdokhue has a reciprocal exclusion arrangement.
- You do not already hold an active or suspended Account on bdokhue. Only one Account per person is permitted.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
bdokhue applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before making a withdrawal or at any other time at our discretion:
- A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account confirming the registered mobile number matches your Account).
- Proof of address where applicable (utility bill, bank statement issued within the last 90 days).
Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by bdokhue may result in temporary or permanent suspension of withdrawal rights. bdokhue will not be liable for any inconvenience or financial loss arising from a User's failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.
3.3 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and current. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, email address, or bKash/Nagad wallet — you must update your Account promptly. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bdokhue are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are your own personal funds and are not derived from any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bdokhue currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The most current list of accepted payment methods is displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum single deposit amount on bdokhue is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method used and may be subject to additional limits applied at the account level. bdokhue reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time, including imposing reduced limits on accounts subject to responsible gaming review.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. Standard processing times are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 1–24 hours of approval.
- Visa / Mastercard: Typically processed within 1–5 business days depending on your issuing bank.
bdokhue reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or receipt of a required government order or legal notice. Where a withdrawal is delayed for any of these reasons, bdokhue will notify the User within a reasonable period of time.
4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method
As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bdokhue reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned to the originating payment source as part of its anti-money laundering controls. If your original payment method is no longer active, you must contact our support team to arrange an alternative — this process may involve additional verification steps.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
bdokhue offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions at the time of offer.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a welcome bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions
- Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method account.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
- bdokhue reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not adversely affect a User who has already commenced wagering toward a specific bonus target.
- Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other users to exploit a promotion, or placing offsetting bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, Account suspension, and potential permanent ban.
5.3 Game Contributions
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guideline: slot games and fishing games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed toward wagering requirements; live table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) typically contribute at a reduced rate, which will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Sports betting contributions vary based on odds and market type. Refer to the specific promotion page for full contribution breakdowns applicable to that offer.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered User of bdokhue, you agree to use the Platform lawfully, honestly, and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this agreement:
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point when information is requested by bdokhue.
- Opening more than one Account, or attempting to re-register following an Account suspension or closure.
- Using any automated tool, bot, script, algorithm, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by bdokhue, including but not limited to automated betting systems designed to exploit odds movements or bonus terms.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, sports results, or betting markets.
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including use of unauthorised bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay accounts, stolen credit cards, or proceeds of criminal activity.
- Attempting to launder money or otherwise use bdokhue in furtherance of any financial crime.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any part of the bdokhue Platform.
- Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content through the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another User's Account, or to any back-end system, database, or administrative interface of bdokhue.
bdokhue monitors user activity continuously and employs fraud detection systems to identify suspicious patterns of play, deposit behaviour, and withdrawal requests. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, bdokhue reserves the right to take immediate action including suspension of withdrawal rights, freezing of Account balances, permanent Account closure, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
bdokhue reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider in connection with the User's Account.
- Court order, regulatory direction, or other legally binding instruction requiring Account restriction or closure.
- Identification that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
7.1 Voluntary Self-Closure
You may close your bdokhue Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds where wagering requirements remain unmet) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Users who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. 7.3 Effect of Account Closure
Upon permanent closure of your Account, all Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited. Any pending bonus claims will be cancelled. Real-money balances that have satisfied all applicable withdrawal conditions will be returned to you within a reasonable period. bdokhue shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Account closure where such closure was initiated in response to a breach of these Terms & Conditions by the User.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdokhue, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Services, including but not limited to:
- Losses arising from server downtime, platform maintenance, connectivity failures, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
- Financial losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of information published on the Platform, including odds, match data, or game statistics.
- Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security or to log out of shared devices.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) or banking institutions.
- Loss of betting or gaming opportunities due to technical issues affecting game or sportsbook availability.
Where bdokhue is found liable for any claim, the total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your bdokhue Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bdokhue and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties will be submitted to binding arbitration. bdokhue's customer support team is available 24/7 and is the first point of contact for any account-related dispute. We are committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
